1st & Main and its partners are redeveloping the historic Ellen Dean Hotel into 18 apartments and ~6,200 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The redevelopment of the former landmark will be the first of its kind in downtown Lancaster, providing much needed workforce housing and flexible retail/office space.
