1st & Main is providing full development and construction management services on behalf of National Hospitality Services and Brittano Group. The Rook at South Boston is a $13M adaptive reuse of the historic John Randolph Hotel that will deliver a 30-room boutique hotel, ground floor restaurant/bar, and unique rooftop bar overlooking downtown South Boston.
